• You will Project Manage all aspects of consulting projects from budgeting and resourcing to final project delivery and close out including all financial aspects such as billing and client inquiries.
• Work with members of the Endeavour Consulting team to manage customer expectations, resource allocation, change management and adherence to project timelines.
• Motivate and mentor billable consultants and client resources, assisting with solution definition, project delivery issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Strives to bring value to client projects by focusing on the client’s business needs, vision and motivation.
• Bring a strong understanding of project scope, resource management and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with Vice President, Account Executives, and Director of Marketing to help scope and present Endeavour’s project management and change management capabilities to existing and prospective clients.
• Uncover, nurture and develop project opportunities with existing clients.
• Participate in the creation of internal and customer facing documents, including project time estimates, proposals, Statements of Work, change requests and other documentation as required.

• Clear and concise communication skills
• 5+ years’ experience working with senior management in a professional environment
• University degree or equivalent experience and Certified in Project Management (PMP)
• Strong personal time management skills and ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Consulting Project Management with small teams of 2 to 5 resources
• Experience with Change Management at both the executive and end-user levels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong understanding of business processes, practices and procedures.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage the completion of assigned tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and complete projects while meeting customer expectations
• Able to perform a variety of complicated tasks

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP Great Plains ERP 2010, 2013, 2015. 2016 and 2018 R2
• Business analysis, Business Process Reengineering, Workflow design
• Knowledge of training and adult learning best practices for technology-centric projects
• Controller, Accounting and other Finance Experience
• Professional designations such as CA, MBA, PMP and other recognized certifications
